Through this work Terry has developed strong experience identifying building defects and assessing structural issues
Terry developed an interest in building inspections after assisting friends and family who were purchasing homes.
During these informal inspections he frequently identified defects that had been missed in previous inspections.
This highlighted the importance of thorough and independent inspections when purchasing property.
These experiences ultimately led Terry to pursue building inspections professionally to help protect buyers from unexpected repair costs.
